In August 1996, William “Bill” Kensi (a 24-year veteran in the airline services industry) and Peggy Kensi (also with years of experience working with American Airlines, United Airlines, and Sky Chefs) moved to Arlington, Texas from New York, purchased a small laundry, and were awarded the American Airlines laundry services contract.

Over the last decade, they have built that business into an exclusive airline laundry services company that prides itself in delivering unsurpassed quality to airlines operating out of Dallas/Ft. Worth, Love Field, Alliance Airport, Austin Bergstrom, and Houston Intercontinental Airports.

Today, Elite Laundry Services of Texas, Inc. comprises over 40 skilled employees and occupies a 20,000-square-foot building which houses world-class, energy-efficient laundry equipment including heat recovery technology, direct-contact water heaters, water reuse, and coaxial duct heat recovery benefits.
